Q. Does the price include delivery and set-up?
Yes, the price includes delivery, set-up, demonstration and collection.
Q. When are your castles available?
Our bouncy castles are available for hire 7 days a week all year round including bank holidays.
Q. How do I book?
Call us on 01278 751 068 or 07811 049 750 between 9.00am and 9.00pm. Or, use the online contact form to get a free quote and we will try to get back to you within a few hours.
Q. How do I pay?
A payment of cash on delivery only is available. We do not accept cheques and failure to pay on
delivery, will, unfortunately mean disappointed children!
Q. What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation is not a problem, just give us a call and let us know. We do not charge a cancellation fee
but we would greatly appreciate as much notice as possible. If it is raining on the day it is possible to have an inflatable up, but during heavy showers we would ask for you to turn off all power supply until the showers have lightened.
Q. How long can I have the equipment for?
We deliver between 10-11am and pick-up between 5-6pm. These times are
approximate on occasions we can be earlier or later depending on location, traffic etc. Longer hours
can be arranged at an extra cost.
Q. How much space do I need to have around the castle?
You will need to allow a minimum of 4 feet at the front and the rear of the castle as well as 2 feet at either sides for anchoring and access. Please make sure the area is fully clear of garden items (especially dog poo!) and there are no low hanging trees or washing lines etc. If we have to move very heavy items ourselves which take time you may be liable to an extra charge.
Q. How long does it take to set-up and pack away?
Set up takes approximately 15 minutes, packing away takes an extra 10 minutes.
Q. How much does an inflatable cost to run?
Inflatables cost roughly £1.50 per day to run with the blower continuously working.
Q. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
To receive the unit you like you should give as much notice as possible but we will try our utmost to
accomadate late inquiries.
Q. Is the equipment safe?
Yes. All of our castles meet the latest UK and EU safety requirements and are checked yearly. We also hold full public liability insurance and we are members of the BIHA who are the UK's largest website dedicated to helping bouncy castle hire companies run a safer, better, more profitable business. However, as with any activity that includes small children a responsible adult MUST supervise at all times. Hire includes safety mats and anchoring. You will also find, attached to the inflatable iteself, a list of important do's and dont's which also add to your childs safety.
Q. Can the inflatables be used indoors too?
Yes, our castles can be set-up in community centres, village halls etc if need be. We will provide weights to anchor the castles down in these situations. You will need to check the height of the ceilings in these centres with us before you book. For outdoor use most of our castles come with sun/rain roof which will protect the inflatable from light showers only.
Q.How old can my children be to use the inflatable?
Our inflatables are only suitable for children up to the age of 16. Nobody over the age of 16 is permitted to use them.
